Contact them for permission to reproduce it. | | | Description | I lay back against the right side* surface of the 'gnomon' stone at Boscawen Un *(with my back to stone), and this was the view straight ahead. It's odd how these two small bun-shaped stones are positioned here. (See another pic for the more southerly one). This one lies more to the west, on the right of the quartz stone as you look out of the centre of the circle, if I remember correctly. (Easily checkable because of the 'May' tree.) If the stone was meant to slope originally, perhaps that explains the smooth sloping surface either side of a slight spinal ridge?
