| Posted Comments: mishkin (2006-05-18) | Morwenna' story; She was carrying a stone from the cliff to build her church, when she laid the stone down so that she could rest. A spring gushed forth from the spot, so they built the church there.
A 6th century saint, the same story is told for her at Marhamchurch , Cornwall as well, and she is also to be found at Mynwen Holy well at Barry, Glams.
