Sig Lonegren opines that this stone has an energy. When rested on in a particular manner, at a particular place, the energy will eventually throw the person off the stone, and indeed the phenomenon was experienced and witnessed by several. I have yet to try this against any other object to see if it's just a question of posture. "Excuse me, are you alright leaning against that wall?", "Well I'm just testing this theory about stones with energy!". I don't necessarily believe this myself, but I find the phenomenon of that belief very interesting. |

When they get back, they spend 5 minutes or so seemingly trying to push the walls over (they say it is relaxing their muscles). I shall ask if any of them have ever been thrown off ! | AngieLake (2006-05-19) | They're always doing it in the gym at our Leisure Centre! Gives them more 'cred', I guess. I just stand and hold the wall, and wobble on one leg! | Janeliker (2012-03-18) | how would anyone know it was 'self-deluding' unless you'd tried it yourself - isn't that the basis for science?! |
