Contact them for permission to reproduce it. |  | | Description | In 2001 Environment Agency built a massive flood alleviation system rerouting the waters of the river that flows under Bodmin. Apparently it was beyond the ingenuity of the engineers to devise a way of doing this without almost drowning this Holy Well. The photograph shows that little more than the lintel, amounting to no more than 20 percent of the structure’s height, protrudes from the pool that now gathers before it. |
