The photo shows the size of the stones flanking the doorway into one of the "huts".
This place is so impressive.
And so peaceful.
The sun was very low when we were there, and we were the only people. The only other sounds was the breeze in the trees that surround the settlement and the birds.
A magic place. |

(2006-04-27) | Gotta agree with you there; it is a very atmospheric place. We visited in 2003 and found the place pretty much devoid of tourists. Apart from one unfortunate couple who had their car broken into whilst it was parked up in the nearby lay-by. | nicoladidsbury
