Contact them for permission to reproduce it. | | | Description | This is an intriguing stone, standing south of the central 'cairn' at Balnuaran of Clava Cairns near Inverness. It has a lovely pattern in its southern face, with one mark very like an 'eye'.
I dowsed a ritual processional movement here that focussed on the 'eye'; the three causeways of the central 'cairn'; and moved clockwise around it, also acknowledging a stone at the east, before ending on the cobbles at the southern edge of the central space of the cairn. |
