(2006-02-22) | On Monday evening (20/2) I heard on the weather forecast that Ireland had clear skies. I thought - I bet Ken will be somewhere nice tomorrow morning. Thanks Ken. Your photos are superb. | KenWilliams
(2006-02-22) | Thanks for making me laugh! Your kind words are greatly appreciated. I heard a very similar forecast and had great difficulty choosing which place in Cork to be at for sunrise, Drombeg, Reanascreena and Bohonagh. I decided to follow my gut instinct, instead of The Plan (Reanascreena) I went here instead at the last moment. Glad I did now, though Reanascreena is now my favourite, Drombeg has that double life as a tourist trap and on one hand and on the other it is a place with sinister associations with the sacrifice of animals or worse! | nicoladidsbury
