Also reconstructed in situ, with posts denoting where posts contemporary with the cairn were discovered. Its low position in the landscape is puzzling. Most cairns sit high on ridges on spurs with good visibility in at least one direction. This does not. This view looks to the South West, with Maen Cleddau below the ridge. |
