The challenge is to leap from one to the other without killing yourself. Don't try it in winter when icy - it's a long way down! |
| Posted Comments: nicoladidsbury (2006-01-27) | You wouldn't catch me doing that, excellent photo! | ExpatPete (2006-01-27) | I cant even stand on a chair to change a light bulb- I am with you Nicola!!! | Thorgrim (2006-01-27) | Adam and Eve are natural rocks similar to the other fantastic rock formations on Tryfan, Glyder Fach and Glyder Fawr. If you have a head for heights, you can leap from one to the other, but be very careful! The leap is not very difficult, but it takes nerve and the feeling of relief when you make a safe landing on the other side is a great buzz! Be careful!
There is another great rock called the Cannon on Tryfan, but don't try leaping off that! See here
| nicoladidsbury (2006-01-27) | I've seen these rocks in the "Trail" magazine. The mountain looks fantastic, I would love to be up there, but I don't think I would have the bottle for the jump! | AngieLake (2006-01-29) | I have trouble crossing a fast flowing stream on stepping stones! - Ask SEM.... (remember the Afon Tawe crossing to Cerrig Duon??) |
