Description Bull Ring from the hill above Dove Holes showing the full extent of the henge. The location leaves a lot to be desired although once off the A6 Dove Holes is not an unpleasant place. I can only encourage people to visit. The more people that visit the more likely the council will start to care for this rare site. The henge is Late Neolithic, 90m diameter with the bank and ditch now half their original height and depth, with entrances north and south.
