When I 1st came across this site, I thought it was just a small cairn & photographed it as such. On my return home, I did a bit of research & found out that it was actually a ring cairn with a 19 meter diameter. The cairn is mostly turf covered & the only visible sign of its existence are these protruding stones.
In the background is Malham Tarn.
