(2007-05-23) | Yes, water. The Vezere river which is a few yards away. BTW this wasn't necessarily only a shelter for Cro Magnon men -- Neanderthals also lived nearby, as well as the Gauls, then the Romans, then the French, and nowadays, not a few Brits who own homes there. |
