Description Ethiopian carved megalith reconstruction. When I visited the wonderful CAIRN Museum, St Hilaire-la-Foret, Vendée, France, there was a fabulous exhibition of megaliths recently discovered in Ethiopia. The similarity between this, and the Statue Menhirs found in southern France is immediately apparent, which makes you realise how similar people from all over the world are.
