(2005-06-23) | Great picture baz, but to hark on slightly, I wonder when Halfords are going to stock a small, handy, ground to air missile launcher. The government in the UK are looking to install a GPS system in every car to charge per mile for road use. Yes road congestion is a problem, yes natural resources running out is a problem. But every battered woman seeking solace driving to a friend during the day when the batterer is away is really going to appreciate having the bill drop through the door at the end of the month. So civil liberties, Parp! Of course they could put it on the petrol pumps, but that's too easy of course. Meanwhile those jets, pumping out more rubbish per mile than I do in a year, are going to keep right on enjoying government subsidies to get the punters to Benidorm. Oh, I can't stand it, my head hurts. Com trails, I just love 'em, they remind me of everything I hate. |
