(2005-06-23) | This is the point where this very kind man is waiting to introduce me to the chairman of the Rollright Trust, standing left of pic, still thinking I've said "Mr Bill", not "Mr Burl". (Chairman would know where 'Mr Bill' was!) I had special reasons for trying to speak to the well-known archaeologist, whose photo I'd never seen, and whose opening ceremony I'd missed. (Had already mistaken the 'Queen's Man', who'd been walking with 'kind man', for Dr. Burl!) Dr B was very kind too, when I did track him down! [Yes - my bum looks big in this!... not to mention the fat red arms......] Good to meet up with Hamish.
