| Posted Comments: ArchaeologySafaris (2005-11-24) | Hi, just to point out that this monument dates to the Neolithic, as your date of 4000 BC would also suggest. However the stone field boundaries which it lies within are of a later date and probably were constructed during the Bronze Age and in some ways respected the much older burial chamber by putting it at a junction of field boundaries. However the mound or cairn which is now missing from this monument, may well have started to be robbed out during the field boundary construction.
