See the main entry for details. I have tested the water for ailments of the feet - a badly sprained ankle dipped for about 10 seconds on 5 occasions. Wonderfully refreshing cold flowing water to swollen and bruised tendons, but have had nothing miraculous!

(2005-05-22) | Derbyshire Well Dressing season is in full swing. If you are visiting 'stones' sites in Derbyshire this week (ie: Arbor Low) you might enjoy a detour to see the colourful displays? Take a look yesterday's comment on this main site page for list of villages displaying these intricate flower panels late May/early June. Other villages in the county continue this spectacle during the summer, and there's a website and phone link for more info. |
