|Description ||Cassie, Eileen, John, and Jeremy, at a stone (one of many in the area) Little Mayne, on a Dorset Stones Meet, April 2005.|
Written permission was obtained in advance for the group to enter this private land on farmland.
Has Eileen been watching too much, ahem, Monty Python?
The inbuilt dowsing rod in Eileen's leg gave a clear indication of where the stone row's alignment would have been.
Lucky she didn't have any double (right-angled) rod openings which I often get at sites! ha,ha..
Even luckier that she didn't have rods like mine. They rotate alarmingly when they detect something!
Cassie hasn't been on Bodmin Moor lately, has she???
She's not my dog, so I couldn't say - but having done many meets with her, she's one of the best behaved dogs I have ever known. Throw her a stick or something, and you've a friend for life (as well as a slobber covered hand!)
