(2005-04-07) | I've not seen anything else quite like it in my travels. Its always intrigued me since I first saw it many years ago. And a lovely afternoon out to visit too, if you like moors and stones. Some say it might have been an animal pound, but I cannot see that myself. Its far too much of a major construction for that - after all, what more than a simple fence would be needed for that job ? |
