Ellers Wood is a great little setting for rock art, with a scattering trees & a stream nearby, the landscape is probably similar to when the carvings were orginally made. This smallish rock has 30+ cups, some enclosed by grooves.
This took my ages to find as the fallen tree on top obscured it.
This is referenced 614 in Boughey & Vickermans ‘Prehistoric Rock Art of the West Riding’.
