(2005-02-11) | Not your eyes - its the connection to the visual centres of the brain (it sez here!). In the bottom right hand corner of the large stone I can see, in relief, the nose, mouth and chin of a human face! | ocifant

And that's not to mention the eyes of someone with a hangover lying on his right hand side in the bottom left hand corner of the large stone just to the right of the carving of the Obelisk of Hatshepsut! (2005-03-14) | Um, if you look hard enoughf there are many strange faces, but i do not think that the pre-historic person that did these carvings had the same image as the one that we are seeing? it would be interesting to show this rock art to a modern-day hunter-gartherer eg. Aborigini or Kung San to see what they saw and what differing interpretations they would make of it? | eammy
