(2005-01-22) | Interesting suggestion. Not sure that faces on menhirs is a common feature to be found in Jordan but if the Sardinian statue menhirs are anything to go by a face would also have been accompanied by other anatomical features, particularly the shoulders. They are absent here although this only reduces the possibility of a face, not rule it out. | thecaptain
