(Checking the Ordnance Survey map of Dartmoor): That could be Ryder's Hill (515m) in the distance, above the point of the stone. It is the highest ground apart from the closer Down Ridge, on the other side of the valley, rising to 427m. Skir Hill (487) would be slightly to the right.
