| Posted Comments: Lorraine Webb (2004-12-07) | I just returned from a trip to Ireland, specifially County Sligo, and Tubbercurry, and went to Carrowmore outside of Sligo City. It looks identical to the picture above. The claim there is that the site of these tombs is 3,000 years older than the construction of the Pyramids in Egypt. Don't know if that's just a tourism gimmick, but that's what they say about it. I found the whole of the west coast of Ireland to be totally magical. |
