Could be one of those "stoop stones" ?

Does "stoop stone" have a specific meaning ? or is it to mean like the Stoup stone near Carsington water ?

They are usually leaning at 45 degrees like a "stooping person" perhaps. Usually guide stones. There are many in the north of England, and most of those are leaning. Stoup meaning much the same, I think ?
