It is not fallen as some others around, but "the triangle shaped stone" appears to be not in situ.
I doubt the building ,which provides the horizon ,was there when the monument was built i.e. if the pic was taken on the solstice then the sun rise has risen by quite a few degrees and solstice indications are usually considered as marking the point of rise on the horizon .
you could take this photo from anywhere, to make it line up at any time on any day. Single points do not make alignments.
The triangle stone is positively in situ; it is certainly difficult to get a grip of the site without going there.
The small triangle is tilted towards the midwinter sunrise. But the building that has come up lately is an obstacle as it blocks the horizon and the rising point of the winter solstice sun. Earlier we would see the sunrise from the horizon exactly from the point towards where the tip of the triangular pointer pointed.
Sadly now on Winter Solstice mornings due to the building the horizon now lost the sun rises from the top of the building a little right from the line of the tip of the triangular pointer. So we move a petite to get this picture on the mid winter sunrise mornings as the pic here shows.
