Description Happy Halloween! This is a self portrait taken in an alleyway next to St John's Church in Chester - the site of alleged ghost monk sightings. The Queen's Park Suspension Bridge over the River Dee is visible to the rear left. For the first time, I was asked to come in to help on the ghost tours, to lurk and spook 12 groups making their way around the city over 3 1/2 hours on Ghost Tours which run from the Chester Visitor Centre. In between spooking folk (and myself, periodically!), I played with my camera. There are more tours on Monday night, Samhain, itself.
I'm not entering this for the competition, as I already have the book, but placing it here for its seasonal relevance.

Nice one Tim! I think people should still vote for it if they want to.

Agreed! I just don't want to be up for winning the book as it were!

That's understood Tim. The prize book is the least important aspect of the competition. Taking part is what its all about.
