Original shape of the covering barrow unknown (round and long barrows are both frequent in this area). Built of red granite erratics. Flat sides oriented towards chambers' inside.

(2010-12-24) | Thank you very much Angie. Yes, we were favoured by fortune, the ambience was stunning. In contrast the journey back home was not that delightful and unexpectedly time consuming.... snow storm.... ;)
