apprx. in the year 1160 a church was build very close to a big Round Barrow in Schwabstedt, called the 'Glockenberg'.
The wooden bell tower on top of the barrow was build 1777.
There are two storys told about the tower and the barrow:
1. A warlord was burried here, along with his horse.
2. You will never forget about Schwabstedt, if you walk three circles arround the tower.
Anyhow, there is no evidence this is a real Barrow.
It was never examined or excavated.
