Large barrow of slightly irregular shape, appr. 24m diameter, height 2m. Situated in a pathless area of a woodland, with partly dense undergrowth. It is located to the North-east of Schmeersteine Großsteingrab.
Many trees are growing on the barrow. The surface of its southern edge is partly grown with grass, most other parts are like the forest soil. There are several dens (probably badger) inside the barrow. The largest entrance just on top of it.
Dating of barrow is uncertain. Barrows of this size usually date back to bronze or sometimes late neolithic age.
