Contact them for permission to reproduce it. | | | Description | Not so much a dowsing plan [though it does show an unusual 'serpentine route'] as a 'map' of the area, showing where the row is in relation to the two cairns, and also where the small stone is that points uphill to 'Cairn 1'.
(Ignore numbers in brackets by pics on this plan. They don't refer to movements. Moves, in red, start by Cairn 1 at bottom of plan, and are numbered from 1 to 14, going downslope [via the small stone] to the row, where they ended by the fallen longstone. The green line then shows were the dowsing rods directed me to go when asking for the most important feature of the area, and just off the plan to lower right is my destination, the position of Cairn 2, approx SE of Cairn 1. |
| Posted Comments: cerrig (2010-05-05) | Angie, do you have grid references for these cairns. I have just visited the row, and the stones lower down the hill, and I intend to go back soon. The alignment of the row interests me, and I want to get some more photo's of it. If you can post the grid's for the cairns I could make a day of it. |
