It was signposted from the centre of Limogne-en-Quercy but, I think, simply as "Dolmen".
Anyway, the notable thing about Lac d'Auris is the thickness of the capstone - almost 1m and weighing 17 tons. Apparently there is a quarry 300m away with a hole the size of the capstone. |

(2005-07-04) | Some mix ups here. This is indeed the Lac d'Auris (Aurie) dolmen, and is at the right sort of coordinates.
What is in error are the coordinates for Pajot (Pachot) dolmen. |
