The stones stand on flat slabs which survive even where the uprights have disappeared. The site has never been dated but its plan suggests that it could have been a circle standing in relation to the Borg il-Gharib temple in the same way the Xaghra Stone Circle (Brochtorff's Circle) stands in relation to Gigantija. |
