|Description ||One of the outliers north of the main group of seven barrows in the eponymous dry valley. There are around nineteen barrows in the valley altogether, seven of which are located in a cluster, the remainder of which are located within 1km of the main group, some on the valley floor, some half-way up the side of the valley. The majority are bowl barrows but there are examples of disc and saucer barrows, and the oldest long barrow in the UK. The barrows are highly visible with their condition being reasonably good, and in the main are close to the road. This one is scheduled monument 12240.|
