Description This Dolmen in Santa Cruz (Cangas de Onis) is near to Ribedesella on the coast of The Asturias region Northern Spain. A chapel stands on top that i think was erected in 737AD. As I'm having to translate from a spanish leaflet it's not always easy. There are megalithic paintings inside from 3,000 BC on the orthostats that are similar to Irish and Welsh Rock Art. There were also carved stone implements found. The Dolmen was not open at the time so was not able to go inside.
