The impressive 5 capstone passage-grave has preserved most stones of its oval enclosure. Most of them are fallen. The 9,6m [1] chambers' megalithic skeleton is largely in situ except for the central capstone C3, that was partly robbed in historic times. As at several other sites in Drenthe the westernmost capstone is the largest.
