| Posted Comments: Sunny100 (2010-09-04) | These stone statues are very similar to the two on Boa Island, Co Fermanagh, which date from the Celtic Iron-Age. Like them, these statues have heart-shaped faces and folded arms. Thanks very much for posting these photos. | TheCaptain (2010-09-04) | Fascinating. I see certain similarities to the southern French statue menhirs in the Tarn/Rouerge region. Certainly the position of the arms is common, and also what seems to be some sort of "medal" object hanging round the neck in front of the chest.
