(2012-08-24) | Very kind of you to say so Sunny100! I have tried to capture this magnificent stone several times, but with little success because the sun is always right in my face. This time I used an HDR app which was able to reduce the glaringly bright sky by under-exposure, whilst lighting up the detail on the stone (all in shadow) by over-exposure. The colour is all wrong I'm afraid but the symbols are as clear as I could hope for. |
