Walking down from the kissing-gate at the lay-by, you do catch a glimpse of the leaning stone, then lose it again, until you come upon this bower-like entrance. Large stones sticking out of the hedge in front of you form a stile. The view from the top of it is great, esp. when the bluebells are in flower, late May. |
