There could have been some mini cows lurking under the bramble thorns, ready to attack an unsupecting megarak. Its best to be prudent in situations like this Hamish!

I see TimP took the rear pic in Nov, so that gets me out of a challenge in May! (I wondered if there was a big ditch behind it when I read your caption, Hamish. Could visualise your legs sticking up in the air!)

It has happened to me before,When looking for Stones in a forest in Scotland I disappeared from sight down a hidden ditch,could have been lost for ever.
