We only just made it to the quoit before the sun set, but were rewarded with spectacular ambience. Running up the bracken-covered hillside from the Try Vally, the quoit was hidden from view until we got very close to it. A lot of anticipation, capped by a pleasant surprise. Its not obvious where to park for access from the Try Valley, there is a shallow lay-by at SW454356. |
