Gosh... that's a huge seam of quartz, isn't it? If I hadn't read your earlier comment on the other pic, pab, I would have thought some huge seagull had been involved!!
Lichen-covered stones in foreground give lovely colour contrast with other areas of pic... good composition.

Thanks Angie - the tide wasn't quite right for getting on to the actual headland where the remains are located, so another visit will unfortunately be required! I will get a close up of the quartz for you then, if I can.
