| Posted Comments: Niall Mc (2004-09-24) | I'd sat here and hadn't realised the signifigance of the rock until, after reading an old map, I searched the web and found your photo. Many thanks for solving the riddle! | Tankgirl (2008-05-19) | around 23 years ago I got my head / neck stuck between this rock and bench, (I was around 8 yrs old running down the hill to my dad sat at the bench as he knew about this rock, and couldnt stop running in time....) I smashed my face up really badly, instead of taking me to hospital they took me to Chalice well and bathed my cut up face in the water. It healed in remarkable time and left no scars, I cant believe there is a picture of the exact spot on here!!! |
