NGR: SN16573286 (Landranger map 145/Outdoor Leisure North Pembrokeshire map (No 35))
Located near the village of Mynachlog-ddu 5km south west Crymych. The burial chamber is visible from the road opposite Blaen Llethr farm.
Consists of a capstone and five collapsed uprights and now incorporated in to a field boundary. May once have been covered by a round mound.
