An imposing portal tomb set in a bleak limestone pavement. The thin capstone measures 12' x 7' and is raised to a height of almost 6' by portal slabs.
[This is the most accessible of all The Burren's tombs - being alongside a main road - so do get there early to avoid all the coachloads of tourists!] |
