(2005-06-13) | Isn't it a great site spindrift, I didn't have a clue what to expect, and as we drove south, up the road, I was really suprised to see how big the stone was. Such an amazing site in such an amazing location. We went over to the abandoned settlement, and up the hill to what looked like a defensive area of stone.
Did you notice the "mouth" gash in the stone. It didn't look natural to me, it looked carved.
