Description Low Bradley Long Cairn / Long Barrow, Low Bradley Moor, North Yorks, SE0091147572 This is a view of the cist at the south end of Low Bradley long barrow. It probably belongs to the round cairn that was superimposed onto the barrow during the bronze-age. An excavation in 1930 found the capstone still intact (now sadly broken), the remains of a single human burial & cremated human bones in the recess under the paved floor.
