Many of the cairns here have been reconstructed in situ. Obviously, this one has not been! Nonetheless, I'll often walk miles to see something like this, so still worthwhile. This cairn is situated north of a mediaeval Hafod - a summer grazing base, called Sion Lwyd. We kept wanting to call it Sian Lloyd! |
