(2006-01-04) | Thanks for comment nicola - no filter used. Using a narrow lens aperture (F16 or even F22) when shooting against bright light sources concentrates them into bursts - only downside of narrow aperture is it means a slowish shutter speed so steady hand (not too much beer the night before) or even tripod required!
