It's looking better than it has done but according to the sign, access to this site will end in 2014!
From sign:
"This access has been provided under the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs' farm conservation schemes... It is permissive access and no new rights of way are being created. Existing rights of way are not affected. Please follow the country code... people using this site do so at their own risk. Access ends in September 2014. For more information contact DEFRA: 0207 238 5909"
